TIM RUSSERT 1950-2008

On Friday, June 13, Tim Russert, host of "Meet The Press" since 1991 on NBC and also airing Sundays at noon on WGAN, died of an apparent heart attack.  Newsradio 560 WGAN joins all of the broadcasting and journalism community in mourning his passing.  Meet The Press will continue to air on WGAN; Tom Brokaw will be the host through the Presidential election in November of this year.
